Chor Leoni is pleased to present a special concert under the direction of Assistant Conductor Kevin Zakresky and featuring the rarely heard Requiem in D Minor by Luigi Cherubini. Written for men’s voices and orchestra, the Requiem features soaring vocal lines and a sweeping orchestral score. EnChor Choir will open the evening with a performance of Benjamin Britten’s mystical masterpiece for mixed choir and organ, Rejoice in the Lamb.

This concert marks the culmination of Kevin’s Doctorate of Musical Arts in Conducting at Yale University.
