One of the reigning bands of the American hard rock scene, Puddle of Mudd return with its third major label album, Livin’ on Borrowed Time. The first single “Famous”, the official theme song of WWE One Night Stand 2007, is already creating a major buzz for the band, which hasn’t released an album since 2003’s gold-selling Life on Display. The new record promises more fine-tuned post-grunge rage and rebellion that propelled the Wes Scantlin-led band to international fame in the first place.

Puddle of Mudd first leapt to national attention with the release of its 2001 Geffen debut Come Clean, which spawned the chart-topping singles “Control”, “She Hates Me”, and “Blurry”. The Kansas City band, which was discovered by Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst, added to its growing legion of fans when it joined the Family Values 2001 tour. Come Clean has been certified triple platinum. Flawless Records will release Livin’ on Borrowed Time this July.
