Granville Island Cultural Society

The Granville Island Cultural Society (GICS) is a non-profit society formed in 2001. GICS provides management of two of Granville Island's premier performance venues: the 240 seat Waterfront Theatre and the flexible, black box studio, Performance Works. GICS participates in the direction of and provides support for Granville Islands extensive cultural programming.


Office Hours are 7 days a week, 9:00am to 5:00 (Saturdays and Sundays by Appointment only)
Busking Registration hours are Monday to Friday 11:00am to 1:00pm Music Society (Non-Profit)
