New Works
Here at New Works, we really like dance. A lot.
We present dance that is sometimes wacky, mostly unpredictable and always enjoyable. What, exactly, does that mean? Urban digital ballets, aerial dance, martial arts, hip hop and dances from all over the world are just a few examples of shows we offer at our presentations.
We also offer mentoring to dancers and dance companies who want some help getting started or want to increase the level of their current activities.
Mission Statement
To produce and present performance events for the public, and to build audiences for diverse dance forms locally, nationally and internationally. To also provide support to emerging, mid-career and senior dance artists and managers of all cultural traditions in the development of their careers.
