Novelist Katrin Horowitz ("The Best Soldier’s Wife") will focus on different ways to develop your stories’ characters, structure and plot — and why this will make your stories better. Register at gvpl.ca or call 250-940 GVPL(4875)for more information. Registration begins September 8.
