Event Archive - Matt Dangér Design launch party featuring: The Jen Huangs, Elvis Was a Blonde, Tri5, Reposessors

Thu. November 22nd 2012 Railway Club (No Minors)
$8 at the door only.
The Jen Huangs - Often thought of as a combination of Cake, The Dead Kennedys, The Animals (and some others), this foursome uses their eclectic taste in music to create something unconventional out of the opposite. Their unique sound encompasses elements from nearly every decade of the 20th century, and employs numerous instruments to do so. With drums kicking, guitars licking, double bass going, trumpet blowing and accordion…accordioning. The Jen Huangs style of mariachi bluesabilly promises to shake things up and get crowds moving.

The Repossessors - Kickass 2 piece garage punk

Elvis Was A Blonde - Wacky, crunchy, surfy goodness

TRI 5 - Classic psychedelic stoner-rock!
