Event Description
Vancouver was amazed when we brought Ohgr in 2008. The city’s mind was blown when we brought Skinny Puppy home in 2009 after 19 years. So it falls to reason that we are going to leave No Fun City speechless once again when Download performs live for the first time since 1996 in their hometown, on the stage of the now infamous Rickshaw Theatre, headlining Beyond Fest 2011, the tour supporting the various acts under Cevin Key’s SUBCON label.
In addition to the main attraction , the January 15th concert also features live sets from pLATEAU, Dead Voices On Air, Gnome & Spybey, and Wet Mango. And as if that isn’t enough to leave the senses numb, a full-on visual assault will be provided by VJ Dizy Pixl.
