For one night only the world famous Enigma and his beautiful bride Serana Rose will be in Vancouver to entertain us with their strange and wonderful talents. The Enigma and the beautiful Serana Rose the Electric Girl is a traveling wonder that must be seen to be believed!

This Globally Renowned Grand Poobah of Stunt Shows unrolls the 1920's glory of circus with an intense mix of traditional routines and modern performances like the Neon Swallowing, Glass Eating, the Tattooed Puzzle Man from the X-files "The Enigma", the Hot and Sexy Fire Eater, Neon Swallowing, Running Chainsaws while Blindfolded, Spikes Hammered into the Head, beatings with blades, Pin-filled Puncushions, and much, much more.

Supporting the show is Vancouver's favourite local freak, the 100% pain proof Russ Foxx! Russ is known for his body modification work at The Fall Tattooing and is preparing an extra intense performance for this occasion with the Show Devils.

We asked Russ Foxx to help us conduct and interview with the Enigma
…and we now present to you:

FROM ONE FREAK TO ANOTHER: 10 QUESTIONS FROM RUSS FOXX TO THE ENIGMA!

1. You and Serana are touring all over the place. What is the funniest situation you’ve encountered while on the road together?

ANSWER- …(Chuckles…chats with Serena)….When I get asked to remove “my mask” in a store...laughs.

2. You’re an accomplished musician. Do you have any new music projects on the go?

ANSWER - Yeah!.. I’m working an a new album… and I hope everyone likes ¾ time …cause Serena and I are doing an Electric Acid Acoustic Set …and everyone’s gonna love it!

3. Rumours that your horns are made of coral are circulating. What material are your horns actually made from? Do you plan to eventually go bigger with them?

ANSWER – …well..right now they’re still made of the Teflon …that non-stick cooking horn that you’ve heard about…although we may go with a new product you might of heard of called…silicone. (Jokingly) …As for bigger…??... possibly…its still up in the air right now.

4. You've collected a lot of different types of mods through your life. Do you have any future plans for other visible mods?

ANSWER – Uhm ..not really …you know I’ve come up with a lot of stuff and a lot of people imitate me…that’s just…the kind of society we live in…I don’t have any plans on the books right now…keep you eyes on the Show Devil.com website…

5. How do you feel about the government regulating the practice of alternative heavier mods like horn implants?

ANSWER –…Well you know…I think when amendments get made…the only people that it only harms…are people that are doing things legitimately...the people that don’t do things legitimately …laws really don’t effect…says with a laugh!..so its kind of pointless to have laws for some of this stuff..
...i mean there are definitely unspoken rules with doing mods.…and when you step on to the stage of a theater …you are accepting the consequences of being looked at… Its like to the old joke ….what’s the last thing a Hill Billy says before he commits suicide…”hey watch this” …(laughs)

…If you think this “hardcore stuff” is your cup of tea …you have accept the responsible of your actions… the reasons these mods are few and far between is because of the fact they’re risky… and there not exactly meant for the rest of us...other wise everyone would be doing it… one kind of follows the other though...you know what I’m saying. If you’re going to jump down the rabbit hole… after the rabbit…expect to get a little dirty…laughs!

6. Do you see yourself ever retiring from sideshow? If so, what would you want to be doing with your time?

ANSWER – Making these videos we do is quite fun… and heck of a lot of work…so I really enjoy that. Possibly just making more videos…and using all the music I’ve written…which I have quite a bit of …its just sitting around. I’d probably just sit around and make more video with Serena…her fashion sense is fantastic and she designs clothes…I do music with her…she and I are quite the team...if I wasn’t on a stage I’d be in everyone’s DVD player…laughs.

7. Have you worked any blue or white-collar jobs since modifying your appearance so drastically?

ANSWER- …White Color Jobs..?? …no been on the road since 92…haven’t stopped.

8. You’ve toured through Canada quite a bit in the past. Do you have any funny memories from your past tours through Canada?

ANSWER – Yeah the craziest times have been in Canada...for sure..! I started out pretty young in the business…and touring across Canada….its just the friendliness and the enthusiasm that the Canadian audiences provide….I think that really the most amazing thing…and of course the natural beauty….if you ever been up in Jasper…all that ..its really beautiful…yeah I really love Canada ..it’s one of my favorite places to be.

9. We've seen that you have mastered the art of sword swallowing. What’s the biggest thing you’ve swallowed?

ANSWER - I think the Neon…that I swallow…?!... the electrified gasses and the fragile glass …its quite mouthful for sure …I do have a fairly larger chunk of steel that I also put down into my esophagus …and its quite a stretch…but definitely that Neon is pretty large…don’t know a lot of people that can do that!?

10. Do you have any new up-and-coming feats that you plan to unleash in the near future?
ANSWER - Actually we’ve been working with some other power tools…..(chuckles) just kind of sporadically …cause there’s only so much room in the van…but we’re going to try and cram some more gardening tools and such in here the best we can…probably next year!
