Tom Petais and Nicky D’Silva aka Dash and Inch met through the Community Music Program in London. Snapped up by Dj Mutiny’s Funkatech Recordings, ‘Disko and Pain’ made up the debut single that was to cause a big splash in the Breaks Scene and paved the way for a busy 1st year for the duo. Now with Fifteen releases and remixes under their belts on respected labels such as 777 and Hardcore beats, Control Z have had support from some of the biggest players in the scene.
The duo are rapidly becoming known for their energetic DJ sets which have rocked floors across the UK and have taken them to Spain as headlining Acts.
As well as regular gigs, Control Z can be heard smashing up the airwaves on the Double Award Winning station Pyrotechnicradio.com.
Control Z show no signs of slowing down over the next year; A tour of America, Gigs in UK and Europe and a lot more bass fuelled Remixes and Singles. Watch out!
