Laura Nobili is a Canadian classical composer. From solo music to large ensembles, Nobili has written a wide array of music that has been performed by professional and student musicians across the country. She is the author of 'The Rainbow of Music' and a co-author of 'A Journey Through Canada'. In 2022, Nobili shifted her focus to musical theatre productions, and she has currently composed two musicals - 'Macbeth the Musical' and 'Gatsby'. In May 2023, she produced and directed 'Macbeth the Musical' at the City Playhouse Theatre. She is currently working on producing 'Gatsby', which will be premiering at the City Playhouse Theatre on October 18, 2023.
