The BIG EASY FUNK ENSEMBLE (as known as BEFE, pronounced 'beefy') is a 9-piece funk band with 3 horn players, celebrating the amazing variety of music that has grown out of New Orleans. With influences from 60s funk legends The Meters to current groups like Galactic, BEFE mixes many genres of funk, jazz and boogaloo to form soulful grooves and energetic live shows that delight audiences and fuel dance floors. http://www.facebook.com/bigeasyfunkensemble
