The Shop Theatre is a warehouse style performance venue located at our Main St. location in the old Vancouver Playhouse scene shop. Renegade Main Street took over the Playhouse Theatre Company's premises at 2nd and Main in August of 2011, bringing over 11,000 sq ft and 34 new studios to our clients.

The new location has incorporated the Playhouse production facilities and retained the large theatre rehearsal studio, added a variety of music production and rehearsal studios,as well as our creative space for visual artists, an 1,800 sq ft open floor plan art studio. The new location is professionally managed, secure, has great equipment, air conditioning, wireless internet, lounges, parking, good loading and a positive environment for the creation of great music and art.
