C’mon out and donate what you can to Ivan’s relief fund. Ivan will be donating much of what is raised to her neighbor who hadn't any apartment insurance, so you'll be assisting two folks at once!

For those of you who know IVAN E. COYOTE – ALL IS WELL! In other words, if you’ve heard about Ivan’s house fire just over a week ago, the message I’ve been asked to pass on id ALL’S WELL – THE DOGS ARE FINE. IVAN’S WELL. THE NOVEL WAS SAVED. (in other words – don’t call Ivan unless it’s an emergency, as Ivan’s phone’s been ringin’ off the hook with concerned people. It’s appreciated, but this weekend, Ivan’s gonna take a day or two for rest and life).

There are many people within the community pulling together right now with fundraisers and collections, as Ivan did lose clothing, furniture, and all the comforts of home.

I know that Ivan is lamenting the loss of a massive book collection, so those of you who’d like to bring along a book that you’ve read and dug to pass on to Ivan, it’d be appreciated!

If you can’t get to either the WISE HALL event or this one, and you’d like to help Ivan out, collections are being taken at Little Sister's Book & Art Emporium, 1238 Davie Street, Vancouver.
