Event Description

Severvancity brings you severfest at the RICKSHAW east Hastings on Saturday August 20, 2016 presenting twelve of the finest metal bands from the Greater Vancouver Region, the Fraser Valley, and British Columbia's interior. Like last year this show covers a wide range of various metal subgenres from doom to death metal. Adding a bit of excitement a few special guests have been added to the bill. Playing on two stages, it will be a night of rapid fire metal and constant head banging, and possibly finger banging! So work out your neck muscles 'cuase you're gonna need em!

Also, The Hunter and The Potter will be opening the show with a live im[provised jam session which length with be determined by an auction where audience members bid cash increments for a predetermined length of time. our goal is to reach a live jam session of !.5 hours raising $1200 for charity. This portion of the show will be free in participation of the auction. Auction paricipants will recieve half price for the remainder of of the show follwing the auction jam.
