East Vancouvers Waldorf hotel was the hub of nightlife and music just after Expo 86 and not since then has there ever been an event of equal magnitude to be hosted by her. Rock The Dock is a hub of Vancouvers most popular bands and a collection of its rock scenes veterans mixed with the new up and comers making this thee first big show. The vision for Rock The Dock came from a young longshoreman, having memories of the fellowship and camaraderie that the port side community had when he was a kid seeing his dad strike with the union or just out with the boys at the Grand Garage celebrating life as union brothers.

Rock The Dock was only meant to be one day but with all the amazing bands calling in and pledging themselves it became 2 days of music. This is an authentic event of local music, its %100 Canadian content and will bring together all ages of the community for one thing. TO ROCK THE DOCK IN 2014!!!!!
