THE ANI KYD BLUES EXPERIENCE is Ani's new project and direction, with a combination of old slide guitar delta blues swing style torch, country, and a bit of jazz. Her band is a much more scaled down four piece from anything she is use too, with stand up bass (Brian Thalken ), a small buddy rich type drum kit (Stuart Quayle) and a steel slide guitar sound that brings you back to the bayou (Pat Berthelotte). Of course Ani Kyd on vocals with her sultry vocal style that suits the blues more then anything else she has ever done.
