Well, we've waited long enough! Join Billy + The Lost Boys at their official CD release party as they hit Vancouver's Lamplighter, joined by Pepper Sands, New Years Resolution + Treacherous Machete!

BILLY + THE LOST BOYS are gearing up for another season of relentless touring in support of their new album "Yet Why Not Say What Happened"! In the past year, Billy + the Lost Boys nailed the #1 and #2 slots on !earshot's Loud Chart, made appearances on MuchMusic's Going Coastal and MTV Canada's 969, and spent 13 weeks in rotation on MTV2 with their VideoFact-funded music video for the song "You Get What Everyone Gets" (You Get A Lifetime). They won the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands for a place on the Vans Warped Tour, four of the Georgia Straight's Readers Choice Awards (Best Album, Best Band, Best Guitarist and Best Drummer), and their music was used in shows like Joan Of Arcadia, Radio Free Roscoe, Degrassi and the Collector!

PEPPER SANDS have always managed to present their own world of atmospheric, compelling sounds with a passionate approach. Citizen As magnetic stage presence demands attention as she weaves an electric, connected web of melody and prose. Guitar giant Jay Slye is well armed to dole out sound after sound, sometimes drilling choruses and other times melting phrases with expert ease. Come hear their latest songs from the forthcoming CD "Forest Strays"!

NEW YEARS RESOLUTION's recent full-length CD debut, "Bullets of Love", made Vancouver's college radio top 10 within the first month of release. Featuring Wurlitzer piano, bass, guitar, Casio keyboard, drums and dual vocal harmonies, their influences (ranging from The Cure, Death Cab for Cutie and Yo la Tengo to Blonde Redhead and Shellac) combine together into unique original songs from pretty melodic pop to edgy, danceable post-punk.

TREACHEROUS MACHETE - A Post-Millennial Blues Garage Punk Rock 'n' Roll duo with a focus on the devil and "mean damn women" who done them wrong, featuring a visceral slide guitar and snare drum assault with fierce guitar riffs, full-on shrieks, and shirtless, force-of-nature stampede drumming.
