Alea Rae “These four elements — along with Alea’s sad and slightly sardonic voice — combined to create an aggressive form of melancholia, the sound of a bitter breakup, a drunken depression, and all the emotions in between.” – Beatroute

The W Lovers: “[A] cultured blend of alt country and Americana that rings of rustic small towns and makes the listener feel warm and at home.” – Portland State Vanguard

M. Lund: The urban folk recording project of Matt Lund, host of CITR radio program, “Stranded”. His tunes have been described by fellow local musicians as reminiscent of Paul Westerberg, The Incredible String Band, Jethro Tull and early Brian Eno.
