We are proud to announce that Vancouver will be playing host to British Columbia's first ever tattoo convention with some of today's finest tattoo artists and trade experts. This convention is being held May 28, 29, 30 2004 (12noon till 12midnight all three days all attending artists should be wrapped up by 10pm Sunday doors close at 12) at the PNE Fairgrounds Agrodome Arena, facilitating our live entertainment, art projects, seminars and the massive turnout we are expecting.

Admission is $21. per day or $53.50 for the weekend (tax and service charges will apply). Upon entry you will receive a wristband and walk onto the main floor where the artists are. They are set up in booths and available for tattooing. Unfortunately there will be no piercing but there will be body jewellery for sale.

Thursday May 27th for those artists and V.I.P guests who are interested there is a welcome party planned. Please let us know if you are interested so we can book the dinner reservations accordingly. Doors open at 6pm Dinner at 8pm. The cost is $30 CDN and includes your dinner from 8:00 pm through till 10:00 pm. Dinner will be held at the PNE Coliseum Conference Room located beside the Agrodome.

Friday May 28th we will open at 9:00am for set up. At 10:30am we request all artists are available for a brief seminar at the main stage regarding the Vancouver Coastal Health Authorities standards. It is mandatory that everyone attends or you will not be able to tattoo at the convention. Please bring a copy of your updated health inspection permit from your governing city.


For those of you interested there are tattoo contests through out the weekend with numerous categories. These contests are open to the public so come down and sign up. There will be a sign up booth on the main floor ($10. contest entry fee per catagory). Trophies will be given out for winners of each catagory and a $1000. cash prize for best overall tattoo of the weekend. There will also be hand made tattoo machine prizes for best tattoos of the show.

We will be giving out information pertaining to general questions about tattooing as well as a program with the complete schedule of events and a list of artists and vendors at the door.

We are very excited to be hosting Vancouver 's 1st Annual International Tattoo Convention and very thankful to all of you who have made this incredible event a reality, we truly look forward to welcoming you to Vancouver's 1st International Tattoo Convention.
