NINJASPY's original contagious & emotive hybrid of Hardcore mixed with Funk and Ska/Reggae, dubbed "Skankore" is created by three brothers, whose mission objectives have the band focused in a constant battle with the Triad of MI (Monotony / Indifference. Malice / Intolerance. Materialism / Ignorance). Their music traverses extremes and is derived from post hardcore, ska, grunge, reggae, funk, with touches of other styles. Infusing funk and groove with heart-pounding double-kick and guttural screams, this “Triad in Blood” draws the attention of musicians and music listeners alike.
INCURA - This progressive rock-metal band formed late 2004 with the mind set to create an individual musical art form, open minds, and push the musical envelope. No "one" sound can describe the creature that is now Incura. They take original lyrics, percussion, riffs, melodies, and create addictive songs with "an eerie depth that speaks the truth and make you think."
MASS UNDERGOE play dynamic, heavy, thoughtful alt/rock songs with reckless abandon for an ever-growing fanbase. Successful career highlights to date include regular MuchMusic & MuchLoud rotation, VideoFACT support, extensive cross-Canada touring and two sold out indie showcases for Toronto's 102.1 The Edge. With new music, a new EP and renewed energy, the band now features David Isbister (vocals), Alan Calimbas (guitar), Marino Mestrovic (bass) and Brandon Lazenby (drums). Rumours that they have joined the Black Parade are foundless, but they are brainstorming the Mauve Parade, a collection of elderly people dedicated to fighting crime through collective acts of grumbling and aggressive use of lavender.
BULLETS OVER BEAUTY - This power-house dark alt-rock combo is a combustible combination of modern rhythm-driven blues and rock influences formed by Steffyn (formerly of Painted Self & Dead by Sunset) with Jay (formerly of CrankRiot & One Step Trip), Adam (An Oracle & One Step Trip) on drums, and Glenn (formerly of Halifax's A Murder of Crows & Cradle to Grave). Steffyn & Jay kick-started the band after Steffyn's arduous 3 year battle with cancer left him craving to play again, so now he brings his emotive vocal stylings together with a powerful dual guitar sound that creates the strong musical experience that is Bullets Over Beauty.
