Under Jon Washburn’s direction, the Choir and the CBC Radio Orchestra perform Handel’s showpiece Dixit Dominus, Haydn’s elegant Missa Sancti Nicolai and the JS Bach doublechoir motet Der Geist hilft. As a special treat, Joanna G’froerer (Principal Flute of the National Arts Centre Orchestra) joins Jon and the orchestra for Mozart’s G Major Flute Concerto. A wonderful evening of 18th century music in the superb acoustics of the Chan Centre!
