The COPILOTS - With members hailing from Fond Of Tigers, Veda Hille, DarkBlueWorld, Inhabitants, Josh Martinez, Karen Foster & Carol Pope, this independent rock band has a pedigree that many bands would envy. With roots in rock, pop, folk, punk and classic rock, their songs feature adventurous, captivating melodies and dream-like lyrical images.

WINDOWS '78 - Recently described as "somewhere between Spiritualized and Pink Floyd" (The Province) and "a new successor to the mantle of melancholy modern rock" (Prairie Dog), Windows '78 dynamically explore a unique fusion of moody, guitar-driven rock and ambient electronica, delivering an innovative sound that appeals equally to humans, Martians and robots. Their recent debut CD "The Window Seat" showcases the premier space rock act as they craft a rich, evocative sound that weaves together melodic guitar lines, subtly deployed electronic loops and masterful playing.

UNDER THE SUN - Formed in early 2006 by 4 lads with a long history of music in their lives, the band combines soulful chillin rhythm, with melodic riffs and feel good tunes, combining to create a unique and unforgettable sound called UTS. Inspired by bands like the kaiser chiefs, franz ferdinand, editors, arctic monkeys, the libertines, babyshambles among others, their first demo, "Cheap Drinks And Fairy Taleshas already landed the band radio appearances, gigs and a growing loyal fan base.

The TOMSTER is a space rock, shoegaze, electro and just plain ol' rock and roll music project created in Vancouver. The band features members of local indie darlings Windows '78, All Tribes Mission and the Ken Latour Band, and is influenced by iconic bands such as the Smashing Pumpkins, My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth, Joy Division, The Smiths, and a host of other brilliant bands that changed the way we listen to music.

Perhaps a hallucinatory trip through the phones. Perhaps four fellas and four middle names all the same. Retro electronica and laptop beats. Guitars that swoon, sweep and ... more info
