Therese Niklewicz-Borkenhagen

Thérèse resides in the Crescent Beach area of South Surrey, B.C. drawing her daily inspiration from her seaside views. Thérèse’s love of the Impressionists’ style is reflected in her happy and contemplative paintings. Her strong colour sense enhances the joyful play of light and shadows in her subjects.

Thérèse travels throughout North America, Europe and Australia in search of subject matter, sketching and photographing on site for her studio work. Her preferred medium is acrylic on canvas.
