since circa 2009
Solid rock. Slick blues. Two options.

LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT!

Formed in 2009 by vocalist Jo Cacciatore, Love It or Leave It was soon completed by bassist K9, drummer Chris Nichols, and guitarist Derek Wilkinson. When a mutual love of rock and roll and a penchant for raw, sizzling talent brought them together, the ensuing chemical reaction resulted in the edgiest, grittiest, and rockiest band tearing up the pubs of Vancouver!
