Leave it up to a bunch of hardcore kids to make brutal death metal interesting again. This band is from San Francisco and mixes a style that is similar to Misery Index with Skinless, with a little more "attitude". You can tell from their live pictures they're a little tongue in cheek about things. This alone makes we want to listen to them out of all the Disavoweds and Deeds of Fleshes. The songs blend together nicely, almost in a grind-ish fashion. There's some really cool shit going on, and all the kids in the band are probably my age (20) if not younger. If you're open minded and into heavier music (kind of a contradiction!) check out Animosity's "Empires". - Mon, 10 Apr 2006 6:46pm Edited: Mon, 10 Apr 2006 6:51pm

I agree with Nik. This is probably the best album like it--this year?. It definately stands up to other bands like them (the red chord, uphill battle, etc) that play "grind-ish metalcore" or whatever. And, they are funny as shit...if you can handle that. i totally can, but yeah. that's me.

Nik, did you find this in town??? - Tue, 11 Apr 2006 3:10pm Edited: Tue, 11 Apr 2006 3:15pm

No I wish. Instead my friend Rob recommended me the album and I jumped away on soulseek. - Tue, 11 Apr 2006 11:05pm Edited: Tue, 11 Apr 2006 11:06pm
