They Should have stayed in Exile, No tracks here grab me. The whole album is BLAND . The reason they are playing Rage and Soundgarden songs live in concert are because no one wants a show full of this stuff!. Lucky for me I borrowed this album and didn't buy it!...Bad sign when people are willing to loan albums after one spin :s

I was riding in a friends car the other day he popped in a CD. I asked is this the new Audioslave?? No its "Three Doors Down".... nuff said - Thu, 26 May 2005 3:12am

I Disagree, I think the first four tracks are pretty sweet in terms of Audioslave style. I must admit the middle of the album just gets pretty bland but it picks up at the end. If you skip "drown me slowly" to "man or animal," its a pretty amazing CD. I think they should have kept it shorter like their debut. Rage fans will especially like the riff rock in "Out of Exile," which is my favourite song. - Sat, 28 May 2005 2:27pm

I haven't heard the CD but why does the riff to Your Time Has Come sound pretty much exactly like Cochise? - Sun, 29 May 2005 8:22am

Because its the same notes in different order... or something close... i noticed that as well, but I still think its a good song. The problem with audioslave is that you can only do so much of a rage/sound garden hybrid before they'll hafta change style completely. I wish this album had been shorter like their debut as I said earlier, because after this album I do not believe they can produce a third without becoming tired out. This one is very close to drying their material out. Tracks 5-8 or so I think are unneccessary mediocre filler... but Out of Exile just kicks ass - Tue, 31 May 2005 3:10pm
