Hello....
I'm looking for guitarists/bassists/keys/singers/drummers for an original project. I've written about 15-20 songs for an upcoming record (to be pared down to about 12), and I'd like to get some good players together to create a band/live unit. Style ranges from atmospheric to pop to acoustic to electronic. Usually melody-driven songs. I'd like to work with male/female singers, both on record and live, if possible.
It will be nice to play the songs with a band feel in a band format ... Think New Pornographers meets Wilco meets Gorillaz.
Please give me a mail if you are interested. I'm working with a male singer at the moment, and we'd like to get some folks involved asap. I'm 24, and the singer is 18, so anything from around twenty up to mid-twenties is workable. Thanks.
