Two Lights is the follow-up to Five For Fighting’s successful second album, The Battle for Everything, which yielded the hit “100 Years”. The band, which is led by Los Angeles singer-songwriter John Ondrasik, made its mark on the national consciousness with the Grammy-nominated “Superman (It’s Not Easy)” from the platinum-certified Five for Fighting debut America Town. The song was already a hit when 9/11 happened, but reached new heights when it was adopted as a national spiritual anthem.

Besides working on Two Lights, the California-born and raised singer has been busy writing and recording songs for movies, including two tracks for the animated baseball movie Everyone’s Hero. Two Lights is another collection of Five for Fighting’s inspirational songs, including first single “The Riddle” written by John for his children, packed with a personal message and delivered in one of the most richly distinctive voices in American pop. His riskiest and most personal work yet, Two Lights is a landmark album in the career of this uniquely American artist.
