The McRackins, Teenage Bottlerocket, THE BADAMPS, Paper Lanterns

Sat. July 30th 2005 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. Video In Studios (All Ages) 7 p.m. - 11 p.m.

McRackins ( Vancouver legends. This is their first all-ages show (local or otherwise) in fucking 5 years or something like that!

Teenage Bottlerocket ( Last year, Teenage Bottlerocket was putting out the best balls-rock you've ever heard. Then Kody from the Lillingtons joined on lead guitar and started writing and singing half the songs. Holy shit. Understand why this guy is my favourite singer. The songs at are even better than the ones at their myspace.

Badamps ( You know and love these local kids, but if you haven't seen them since April, go see them now! New drummer+new songs+new album=Really really Goodamps.

Paper Lanterns ( Just go listen to the harmonies on "Ode to the Clone of Joan of Ark" and then explain to me slowly how the fuck they got away with such shameless beauty and sincerity and then thank me later.
