This particular incarnation of the Anita Eccleston Quintet is in fact in a all equal parts the lineup for her Tubes & Grooves Jazz quintet project, so it's a twofer for this event! This means stellar crossover of her rep and Tubes'.

Anita's unique brand of jazz blends together old traditions with new innovations. Modern influences accent the most favorite standards while her originals colour in between all the genre lines. To hear her sound is to experience waves of soul, funk, blues, and jazz, with an edgy flare of unique musical spark.

Tubes & Grooves digs deep in the roots of jazz to come out with the heart and soul of the blues, laying funky pockets and crossing over to modern influences, they sound like a traditional jazz band that can step it into high gear and get booties moving on the dance floor.
