The FILM INDUSTRY - Combining the liberating power of rock and a hypnotic approach derived from electronic roots, with a zest of jazz for good measure, The Film Industry makes your head nod with their trippy groove-oriented music. BAKED POTATO has been wowing audiences throughout BC since 2005 with their unique brand of psychedelic Afro-funk. HOLLOW STRANGERS are a female-fronted band formed in Vancouver by musicians from England, Spain and Canada. They've developed an edgy, experimental sound inspired by artists including PJ Harvey, Muse, Blondie, The National, Nick Cave and Tom Waits. http://www.hollowstrangers.com
