The cold darkness of Norwegian Black Metal will grace the stage of the Rickshaw on September 5th with Vreid and Kampfar's co-headlining tour... A rare occasion such as this to celebrate the darkness within us should not be missed..

Norwegian Black & Roll act VREID will play the Rickshaw stage to usher in the fall touring season on September 5th. In support of their most complex and well produced release to date, simply titled “V”, the band, sometimes referred to as the Pitch Black Brigade, will hit North America in full force to follow up their extensive European summer tour.

KAMPFAR co-headlines this bill to support their latest album "Mare", which opens a new chapter in the Norwegians' band history, while delivering a true monument to black metal.

Providing direct support to continue the push of their 2010 blasphemous masterpiece “The Return Of The Witch”, NECRONOMICON will bring their aggressive and destructive brand of black/death metal to the city’s premier metal hotspot.

Kicking off the night, local folk metal outfit SCYTHIA will perform in preparation of their second full length release “…Of Exile”, available in October.

This evening of darkness is not to be missed by any fan of pagan/black/folk metal….
