YVR Records is pleased to announce the upcoming release of alt-country singer/songwriter, rowdy and rousing Big Joe Burke's new CD - entitled "Quiver".
The CD Release party for "Quiver" will be held at The Legendary Railway Club on Friday May 22nd, 2009 - with very special guests "Graham Brown & The Prairie Dogs" and "The Modelos".
Tickets are $10 at the door, $8 for members.
Show starts at 9:00 p.m.
Come on down and hear Big Joe Burke's new material performed live for the very first time.
CD's will be available for purchase at the show for $15, and after the show you can get them at YVR Records official outlet: Bone Rattle Music.

Graham Brown And The Prairie Dogs

By 1984 I was a founding member of Edmonton-based Jr. Gone Wild, playing with them for a year. I moved to Vancouver in 1985 and put together the band Brilliant Orange. The Modelos (Western Cowboy Surf)

The Modelos are Vancouvers Rock 'n' Roll Instrumental Cowboy Surfers. The group was formed in 2004 when Joe Rotundo and Mike Kenney collaborated in a songwriting adventure that would produce songs like, "Somewhere West", & "Down the Dusty Trail".
