Holes in the Sky
[ Contact Info]
Holes in the Sky created by artist Douglas Senft is a 3000 pound stainless steel metal sculpture that represents the marine environment of White Rock.
When viewing this piece you can envision the rolling waves of the ocean and the crashing surf. This piece was designed not only to represent the movement of the ocean, but was created also to work with natural light.
The holes in the sculpture along with its reflective surfaces, create an intermingling of light and shadow throughout the day.
