Crimson Roots is epic sludge funkery, raw doggin' giver stylings, groove slop on top, doom guitar growl with a monster riff engine. From their home base of Vancouver, BC, Canada, Crimson Roots has been churning out slick licks since the dawn of the year 2007 and doesn't plan on stopping 'till the apocalypse.

Using the twisted tastes of Aaron Marsh and Duke Duplain, two members born with their toes dipped in the Atlantic and suckling at the teat of dirty thrash, and the psychedelic west coast tones of Adam “Likes ‘em” Young and Dustan Toth, Crimson Roots brings something heavy and swarming to all of the long-haired, bong rippers worldwide.

With a fresh batch of tracks recorded at The Hive Creative Labs and produced by Jesse Gander (Bison BC, 3 Inches of Blood, Pride Tiger, S.T.R.E.E.T.S.) Crimson Roots looks to make its grand emergence into the mass consciousness. You couldn’t possibly find a better band to get high to/with.

"Well, it’s official, kids: grunge is back, and in a big, bad, totally neopsychedelicized way.” - Georgia Straight

“Hard rock funk with bluesy riffs and immense vocals make these guys out to be substantial heavy weights on the music scene. Playing with confidence, as opposed to arrogance, and creativity, as opposed to pretentiousness, Crimson Roots comfortably had the control of the audience displaying both technical brilliance and artistic innovation.” – Komodorock.com
